Detail-Oriented

Be wary of anybody who describes themselves as detail-oriented.

It usually means they lose the forest for the trees.

  1. Can't say I agree. Details can be very important in many areas of life! Attention to detail steps things up a knotch or two!

    1. Hi, Sue, thanks a bunch for the comment! I don't disagree with you, details are important. However, there is definitely a time and place to focus on the big picture and a different time and place to focus on the details; I feel like those who describe themselves as detail-oriented usually forget the former.
